There are way too many foundations on the market right now. All with different formulas and finishes, making it very hard to choose what’s best for you for your bridal Makeup. That’s what I’m here for!
These are my Top 3 Bridal Foundation recommendations from a professional makeup artist for 2026!
1. NARS Light Reflecting Foundation – the most beautiful, natural, long-wearing liquid foundation on the market right now. It has been tested and loved by every skin type & skin tone! They have a huge shade range (49 shades!). This is a medium to full coverage foundation with a thin, creamy, blendable formula. This formula looks gorgeous in person, in photos, and in videos. This foundation creates a flawless base that lasts all day. It looks great with or without foundation primer and works well with every product I have used it with. No patchiness or pilling. It does not settle into fine lines or wrinkles. This foundation is not drying and does not make the skin look oily. I love it even more than the Armani Luminous Silk! This formula is such a staple in my bridal kit, If you are looking to add a staple foundation to your pro kit, this is IT! If you are a bride, this is such a gorgous formula for your special day, you will love it!!
This is a traditional formula great for all skin types.
2. Bobbi Brown Stick Foundation – the perfect, easy, go-to foundation for bridal! I love the Bobbi brown stick foundation because it is easy to use, looks super natural on the skin, and can be anything from sheer to full coverage depending on how you prep the skin! It is also great for body makeup when needed! This is a super flexible, creamy formula. It has forever been a makeup artist staple for bridal! I will always go back to this formula for bridal. It’s just perfect! It looks beautiful in person and on camera. It has a beautiful creamy, long lasting formula that is easy to blend and mix to create any shade you need.
This is a dense cream formula, great for all skin types.
3. This is a new addition to my kit this year, the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation – this formula is really beautiful on normal to dry skin types! It has a 16-hour wear time! Leaving the skin with a natural glow. It has buildable medium coverage filled with skincare to hydrate, smooth, blur pores, and brighten skin! This is such a gorgeous formula! If you have normal to dry skin, you will love this!
This is a super creamy, hydrating formula great for normal to dry skin types!
Honorable Mention – I have been loving the new NARS Natural Matte Longwear Pore Blurring Foundation. This is a pore-perfecting, 24-hour comfortable matte foundation with a weightless and breathable serum-like texture. This foundation is great for normal, combination, and oily skin. I love having this option in my kit for the girlies who love a more natural matte finish!
