Let’s start with fresh light skincare – the Rhode Glazing Milk and Rhode Glazing Mist have been such a game-changer this year! Not only do they look gorgeous under makeup, but they also give the skin such a fresh, hydrated glow. It looks and feels as if your skin had a drink of water without the weight of a moisturizer. These are such summer staples for me this summer! Absolutely a must-have for every girl, truly! You will LOVE these! Honestly, these are so good, I even put both into my professional bridal makeup kit as well.
Summer Makeup Favorites – When summer hits, I love easy, bronzy, lightweight formulas. This summer I have been obsessed with these 5 pieces!!
- The Lisa Eldridge Skin Tint – This is such a gorgeous lightweight, easy-to-use, long-lasting formula. This formula is the best skintint on the market, gives great coverage but feels like nothing on the skin! Best formula ever!! You need this one!
- Summer Fridays Bronzer Butter Balm – I have Shade Sand – This is such a creamy, easy-to-blend, neutral-toned bronzer! This formula truly blends out like butter. It is such a summer must-have!
- Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks Cream Blush in shade Chouchette – This is a perfect summer blush color and formula! It is super creamy but also long-lasting. The shade Chouchette is a beautiful peachy pinky color. It is such a cheeky color! Gives the perfect flush of color for summer!
- Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm – The best lip balm on the market. This formula is so buttery and cushiony on the lips. It is super nourishing and gives the lips such a plumping shine. This is a MUST-have for your makeup bag! I have one in every color!
- Isamaya Lip Liner in shade Flat White – This is a gorgeous caramel nude! I love this formula; it’s a traditional pencil. It has a drier formula but also a comfortable slip. Because it is a traditional pencil formula, it is more long-lasting. The color is really what I love about this pencil! It is simply perfection!
I can’t talk about my current beauty favorites without mentioning fragrance, so here are the summer scents I’ve been loving and wearing on repeat!
The perfume I have been wearing almost every day has been the Le Labo Thé Matcha 26 Eau de Parfum. It is so fresh and sexy in the hot summer weather. I love mixing it with the Mirror Water Rub Solid Balm! This is truly the best summer fresh, sexy summer combo. The other new scents I have been lovinggg are the Summer Fridays The Body Butter Balms in Vanilla and Pistachio Milk! Lastly is the new Josie Maran body butter in the scent – In Bed. Literally SO GOOD! It smells like a sweet, creamy almond croissant. I cant get enough of this one! So good! I love a good summer body cream, it truly makes the day for me! A body butter also makes the skin look so fresh and hydrated. It is a must for me even when I am just at home for the day. It is an essential!
