My Top 3 Favorite Eyeshadow Palettes
I have a large pile of gorgeous eyeshadow palettes sitting in my office. I mean doesn’t everyone? Lol There are so many great brands out there that come out with gorgeous palettes of all shapes and sizes including every color under the moon! It’s so much fun unwrapping a new package, opening those palettes up, and playing with all the fun colors. What I have noticed about myself is that I always gravitate to the exact same shades in every palette. I love the neutral tones, all the browns, the dusky pink tones, and sometimes I’ll even do a fun plum eye! Woohoo! I just love the way those tones look on me, they match almost every outfit or lip color I own and they are always flattering. So why buy new palettes? Because it’s fun…Obviously Lol but I have to say, out of all the fun palettes I own there are three that I always reach for. The top three I always recommend for purchase are shared below!
This Palette has the most beautiful neutrals. It comes with your Ivory and whites, nudes, pinks, purples, browns, and a black! I love this because It can create a variety of day or night looks! It includes mattes and shimmers, and the shadows are like velvet. They blend out so seamlessly! It’s a staple in my bridal makeup kit!
This Palette is a forever favorite for me – I purchased it as soon as it came out and will never be without it. This eyeshadow palette has stunning shades AND rich textures. It has your mattes, shimmers, and the best glitters. Bobbi Brown palettes have always been a staple in my makeup collection, the pigments and the blendability are unmatched. This is one of those forever palettes, it’s a classic that will stand the test of time. If you haven’t seen it yet, stop in and play with one at Sephora! You won’t be disappointed!
- Lastly , The Nars Wanted Palette
I believe the only place I could find this was the Nordstrom website! This palette sold out on every website so fast that they had to bring it back out a few months later. It was definitely a must have for a lot of the makeup artists. I purchased this when it first came out in 2019 as a recommendation from one of my favorite makeup artists Andreea Ali – and I was immediately obsessed. It has such a great array of stunning shades, there are beautiful textured shadows with some crazy gorgeous glitters. The colors work together or on their own and blend out beautifully. It’s definitely a keeper for me for the foreseeable future!
All three of these palettes I keep in my personal makeup collection and in my work makeup kit. They are never out of reach!
