These are long-lasting pieces that make the skin look naturally radiant and flawless for those special photos you will cherish for a lifetime! These top 5 pro makeup artist kit favorites will change your makeup kit forever! If you are a professional building your kit or even just a makeup lover looking for staple pieces for your makeup collection, this post is for you!
Let’s get into it….
- Charlotte Tilbury Magic Vanish Color Corrector – I have tried several color correctors and none beat the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Vanish Color Corrector. It is such a beautiful thin formula that is packed with pigment, the perfect combination for the under-eye area! When creating a bridal makeup look you do a lot of layering so keeping all the layers thin is KEY. You don’t want a cakey under eye and this product is perfect for a lightweight seamless color correction for darker under eyes. I use shades fair and medium the most in my kit and they work on a large range of skin tones!
- Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Bronzer – Hoola Matte Powder Bronzers instantly warm up your complexion & give a classic matte finish. All 4 shades feature the same soft, blendable formula that works great for warming and shaping the complexion. I have all 4 shades in a palette and I will never be without them. They are a gorgeous buttery formula. I love using these for bronzing, contouring, and even as eyeshadow! These bronzers are such a great multi-purpose product for a makeup artist kit.
- Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder – An ultra-fine setting powder that blurs imperfections and visibly reduces shine for the perfect seamless skin finish. I LOVE these powders, they are like silk on the skin. You don’t need much and they really make the skin look gorgeous in photos/videos! I use this as a final step, almost like a finishing powder. After the skin is all set and done, I go over it with just a touch of this powder in the center of the face and it makes the skin literally flawless. If you haven’t tried these yet, go pick up the mini size and try it, you will fall in love!
- Nars Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base – The key to a long-lasting eye look is primer. This eyeshadow primer is a lightweight primer that creates a seamless canvas that keeps cream and powder eye color looking brilliant, fresh, and just applied all day. It keeps the eye look in place all day! It is not cakey or drying either, it’s a gorgeous thin, clear formula. This is a true makeup artist kit staple.
- Too Faced Born This Way The Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette – This is my number one bridal makeup eyeshadow palette. It has gorgeous nude/mauve tones that are perfection on everyone. The formula is super buttery and easy to use. The eyeshadows are very easy to blend and I love that they have matching shimmers in the palette. This is truly a bridal makeup artist staple.
