November Favorites
So this month was a fun one, I love the holiday season! I recently went through and pulled out all my fall/winter skincare and makeup favorites. My skin always gets a little drier during the cold months. It is pretty normal for a lot of people to feel more dry and dehydrated during this time of year. I love using extra rich creams and more full coverage makeup that stays in place.
Skincare
I have been going back and forth with my Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base for mornings before makeup and my Dermalogica Intense Moisture Balance Cream for evenings before bed. I love these two because they are a very rich creamy products that melt into the skin and leave the skin feeling plump and hydrated.
For exfoliation, there is nothing new here, will always stick to my Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. This is a staple product in my skincare routine. Sephora and Ulta sell minis of these for only $15. It is such a great way to try before investing in a big bottle. You only use this 2-3x a week and you only need about a nickel size of it, so a little product goes a long way!
To be completely honest, this month I have not used a serum. I was lazy and skipped this step! Terrible I know, but I have a few that I recently purchased that I will be using in December. I will definitely post about them and give you girls a review.
Makeup
To start out my makeup I have been bathing myself in the Supergoop Glowscreen. Can we take a moment to talk about this product? I can’t get enough of it. It is hydrating, it has SPF 40, glides on the skin like a skincare product, and gives the most beautiful glow. I have used this on my mom, my younger sister, and myself and we all love it. It is definitely a dewy product. It does not set ( dry-down) so if you have more of an oily skin type you may not love this but for dry skin, this is amazing.
I have been really loving my Tarte Shape Tape Concealer this month. I keep reaching for it, it gives great coverage and really does brighten up the under eyes. I avoided this product for a very long time because a lot of people said how full coverage and drying this product can be. I finally took the plunge a few months back and purchased my first tube and I have to say, I was happily surprised at how much I enjoyed it. It definitely is a full coverage concealer BUT If you use just a small amount of this and blend it out, it can be great under the eye, to cover and brighten any darkness or discoloration. It’s all about using the right amount.
For foundation, I have still been loving my Armani Luminous Silk. This is a great foundation for everything, pictures, taking care of the kids, working from home… It is the perfect everyday foundation. I love everything about this foundation.
Bronzer this month has been my Bobbi Brown Bronzer in Medium. This is a great shade for just about everyone, it’s not too red or orange, it’s the perfect beigey bronzy tone. I love it.
Blush favorite this month has been my Glossier Cloud Paint in Dusk. This is a beautiful tawny nude blush. This product truly feels like a cloud on the skin, it leaves a stained, flush of color.
For Mascara this month I have been using my Lancome Monsieur Big Volumizing Mascara. This is a great everyday mascara, it gives great volume and is very lengthening.
When working from home I typically just use my bronzer for eyeshadow but I have been loving this palette. I have so many palettes, I have to start pulling them out and using them for the holiday season!

I love massaging it into my skin before applying my makeup, it really hydrates and plumps the skin!
