The Best Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

The Best Chocolate Chip Banana Bread! I have made this several times and it is always a hit! Perfect for fall cozy days! Super Moist and Delicious, plus isn’t it beautiful!? My husband loves when I make this recipe. I also think I may make some for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year!

Ingredients

3 Ripe Bananas
1 Egg
1 and 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 and 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Dash Ground Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup White Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Prepare a 9×5 loaf baking pan by lining it with parchment or foil and lightly spraying nonstick spray.
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork or whisk. Whisk in the sugar, egg, vanilla, and vegetable oil.
  3. Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. The batter will be lumpy.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan (top with more chocolate chips if you want). Bake for 55-60 minutes (start checking for doneness with a toothpick at 55 minutes). Let cool.
