September Goals & Life Update
Hello September!
It feels like summer just passed us by! This summer has been a bit different than in other years. For us, it was a time to relax, write, read, work on our websites, and spend some time in the sun together. It was really nice for us. Normally we are working on house projects and going away on summer trips around the US! But this summer has been nice, we slowed things down quite a bit.
During the weeks that turned into months of being homebound, the sun peeked thru and summer sun brought such a joy and a peace! We really just soaked up moments together, enjoyed walks in the park, picnics in the back yard, and we even watched the 4th of July fireworks right from the comfort of our back yard! My husband set up our tent and we brought out all our cozy blankets and pillows to post up for a long night ahead, hidden away in the little getaway we created for each other! Honestly, it’s the little things that make up the best memories, isn’t it? That night was so fun, I don’t think I’ll ever forget it. This past summer was filled with special moments that turned into memories just like that. We had a tough start to 2020 but learning to make the best of it, together, was something we will remember for a lifetime!
With Fall just a few weeks away, I can’t help but get excited for what’s ahead. Cozy clothes, hot lattes, chilly evenings by the bonfire, and pumpkin picking here we come!
September Goals are nothing but fun…
- We have a small trip planned, getting away for a long weekend just the two of us! & a longer trip planned with the parents! Fun planning ahead!
- Some Renovation Content! I have been working on my office for weeks now, trying to find pieces I love to complete the room! I can’t wait to share photos with you guys!
- Wedding Makeup Photos, So my work will be more visible on my page!
- Lastly, lots and lots of fun fall makeup & activities! Fall is my favorite time of year! I love everything about it, so I will try and get some good ideas for date night ideas out there for you guys!
