Nutrient Packed Protein Punch

My Favorite Shake! I can’t get enough of this mix, it’s so good. Gives me so much energy and satisfies that sweet tooth. Not only is it tasty but it is filled with amazing nutrients. I love using this as a meal replacement as well!

 

Protein Punch


 

Ingredients

1 scoop whey protien ( I have been using and loving the CareOf Vanilla protein )

1/2 scoop collagen ( I have been using and loving the CareOf Vanilla Oat Collagen Creamer)

1/2 Banana

1 scoop nut butter of choice

Oat Milk or any milk of choice

1 tablespoon organic chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seed ( I use and love the Garden of Life Super Omega 3 100% Raw Organic Fax Seed )

Handful of Ice

 Directions

Blend everything together and you are good to go! A healthy shake full of fiber, protein, and tastes like a dream!
